Consolidated Medical Travel has an immediate opening for an experienced and competitive travel-nursing recruiter that has recruited and placed travel-nurses nationwide, within hospital(s). This position requires (10+) years or more of TRAVEL-NURSING RECRUITER experience, and extensive experience with UMS / MSP software. Please do not apply unless you have this specific experience.

About the position:
The recruiter will cultivate relationships with new and experienced travel nurse professionals through consistent dialogue to determine the objectives and needs of each. By putting the professional first, the recruiter will successfully match them to the appropriate job order satisfying client expectations. The recruiter will find it rewarding to work with people, enjoying conversing on the phone, and will be extremely competitive and conscientious about achieving goals and meeting objectives. The responsiveness and transparency of the recruiter to the professional will ultimately determine their experience and will drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Add to their personal database of professionals through various recruiting channels, referrals, strategic planning, lead sources, cold contacts, and in-depth social media advertising.
- Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for open order opportunities that are mutually beneficial.
- Initiate and guide professionals through the on-boarding process.
- Present qualified medical professionals to clients.
- Coordinate assignment details with professionals prior to, during and after their assignment.
- Resolve issues with professionals and clients.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and / or Marketing
- At least (10+) years of Travel-Nursing recruiting specific experience, placing in hospitals nationwide.
- Personal database of no less than 10,000 candidates
- Full-cycle Recruitment experience.
- Remote/Work from home experience with dedicated workspace.
- Solid knowledge and aptitude of technology.
- Track record of successful implementation of social media into recruiting process.
- Results driven, self-motivated, and sense of urgency to achieve results.
- High standard of professionalism and ethics.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Key competencies include, adaptability, critical thinking, problem solving and competitiveness.
