We are seeking a highly motivated Board of Nursing Application Writer for our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program in Texas. The application writer must have experience writing, compiling, and submitting board of nursing applications. This would include writing the feasibility study, course descriptions and outlines and student handbook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply for approval from the Texas state Board of Nursing for the LPN program, ensuring all components are accurately presented and compelling
- Write the Board of Nursing application for the Texas LPN program
- Develop and write detailed feasibility studies to highlight the viability and need for the LPN program in the designated area.
- Create precise and informative course descriptions and outlines, ensuring alignment with state standards and educational requirements.
- Compile and author the student handbook, providing clear guidelines, policies, and program details to prospective and current students.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure a cohesive and comprehensive application.
- Stay updated with the latest regulations and requirements set forth by the Texas State Board of Nursing, adjusting application content as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience writing Board of Nursing applications, specifically for LPN or similar programs.
- In-depth knowledge of nursing education standards and state-specific requirements.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
