Job Overview
The Recruiter is responsible for achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates to fill open client positions. **The ideal person will have specific Travel Nurse recruiting for at least 3 consecutive years. **
Responsibilities:
· Identify and source candidates through a variety of methods including, but not limited to referrals, internal database searches, internet, job boards, professional directories/groups, LinkedIn and social media
· Determine applicant qualifications by reviewing resumes for appropriate skill sets based on client needs
· Screen and interview candidates who fit specific client hiring requirements
· Engage in communications with clients and candidates to establish the right fit for positions
· Develop pipeline of key talent for immediate opportunities and for any future client needs
· Present opportunities to candidate, give basics about client/company culture, assignment, and set expectations
· Review and repair resumes as needed to properly market premier candidates to clients
· Prepare formal documentation, highlighting candidates relevant experience, specific to job description for submittal to client
· Assist candidates through the placement process
· Manage all scheduling and logistics between the candidate and client
· Manage the presentation, offer, salary negotiation, start date and closing of hiring process
· Set expectations about onboarding with candidates who accept positions with clients
· Post career opportunities on applicable websites
· Report all activities and results regarding clients and candidates in tracking system
· Follow up with manager and new hire after their first day with a courtesy call
· Communicate any and all critical issues to manager as required to maintain the health and growth of your business and GLC
· Collaborate with colleagues and management as required to ensure that GLC’s best interest are maintained
· Ensure complete and proper transaction details are communicated to management and accounting as required
· Develop and maintain strong working relations with co-workers to create a successful team
· Meet with management to align on priorities, set targets and monitor progress
Required Skills/Abilities:
Travel Nurse Experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
